Terms and conditions

Meant To Keep aims to ensure that prices, descriptions, stock levels and charges are accurate at all times. We only accept your order once merchandise has been allocated. Orders cannot be accepted or processed if an item ordered is out of stock, is priced incorrectly or your payment cannot be authorised.

We guarantee that your goods will be despatched within 10 days of placing your order.

Your order will be posted:

- In the UK by First Class mail (Should arrive in 1-2 working days)
- In Europe via Airmail (should arrive in 3 working days)
- To USA and the rest of the World via Airmail (within 5 working days)

We would like to advise all customers that your order could arrive later than expected depending on custom clearance in your respective country. Also, as we cannot have any control over any customs or import duties levied once your order reaches your chosen destination, these will be your responsibilities and yours alone.

Meant To Keep guarantees excellent packaging. However, in the unlikely event that any goods delivered are damaged or incorrect, we want to put it right. For a full replacement (or refund if a particular item is no longer in stock), please return the items to Meant To Keep within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition and their original packaging is intact. Return postal charges will be refunded by Meant To Keep.

Orders that are returned to us from the post office due to non collection can be reposted on repayment of the appropriate postal charge. We will contact you to make suitable arrangements for redelivery.

If you wish to cancel an order that has yet to be despatched, please email sales@meanttokeep.com, with the email title ‘CANCEL ORDER’, stating your MTK order number. You will receive a full refund.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been despatched, you may receive a refund within 7 days of purchase according to your statutory rights. On return of goods in their original condition and with their original packaging intact, we will refund the price of the items but not the postal and packaging charges.
